There is no more important resource than the 'Human Resource'.

The very lifeblood of the organisation, the foundation stone for all its activities and the one asset on the 'books' that needs to be nourished thoroughly in order for it to bloom.

These days people are for all seasons, are multidisciplinary and flexible and work in a changing environment. They are usually loyal where provided with lifeblood requirements.
