Operator Training

We work with groups to determine the requirements. Very often these brainstorming sessions raise issues of communication, reporting, training and ensuring the knowledge of requirements and procedures, of what is expected. We develop programs specifically geared to each situation but cover meeting skills, documentation issues, customer focus, understanding the issues, methods of problem solving and decision making and team roles. We include listening techniques and some team presentation skills. We work on specific projects and build solutions meeting the needs of all parties. We implement these solutions. This is a comprehensive program developed for each specific case.
