Training for Leadership
Leadership workshops are designed for each situation. They cover a range of subject areas as agreed with the client. Workshops usually take place at agreed intervals or over a concentrated period of development, for example a weekend program. They are geared toward supervisory and management groups, toward departmental groupings, toward teams, toward individual contributor groupings and toward international multi-cultural work groups.
